Deine Aufgaben:

  • Disposition und Steuerung von Personaleinsätzen im operativen Flughafenumfeld
  • Koordination und Betreuung von Zeitarbeitskräften sowie Personaldienstleistern
  • Übernahme von On- und Offboardings vor Ort
  • Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Ablaufs im Tagesgeschäft
  • Unterstützung bei Bewerbertelefonie und Mitarbeiterbetreuung
  • Dokumentation sowie Nutzung digitaler Systeme zur Einsatzplanung und Organisation
  • Ansprechpartner für Mitarbeiter, Dienstleister und interne Schnittstellen

Das bringst du mit:

  • Berufserfahrung im Flughafenumfeld, in der operativen Personalplanung oder in der Personaldienstleistung
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung in der Disposition oder Steuerung von Zeitarbeitskräften
  • Organisationsstärke und Fähigkeit, mehrere Prozesse parallel zu koordinieren
  • Digitale Arbeitsweise und sicherer Umgang mit gängigen Officetools
  • Kommunikationsstärke sowie eine offene und lösungsorientierte Persönlichkeit
  • Eigeninitiative, Motivation und Teamfähigkeit
  • Freude daran, in einem dynamischen Team zu arbeiten und Verantwortung zu übernehmen
