  • Personaldisposition: Planung, Koordination und Betreuung unserer Mitarbeitenden im Kundeneinsatz
  • Personalsachbearbeitung: Pflege von Personal- und Einsatzdaten sowie Kontrolle relevanter Unterlagen
  • Tarifliche Umsetzung: Sicherstellung der Einhaltung tarifvertraglicher und gesetzlicher Vorgaben
  • Einsatzmanagement: Überwachung von Entgeltgruppen, Höchstüberlassungsdauer und Equal Pay
  • Kommunikation: Ansprechpartner für Mitarbeitende und Kunden bei organisatorischen Fragen
  • Operative Unterstützung: Aktive Mitarbeit im Tagesgeschäft und schnelle Lösungsfindung bei kurzfristigen Änderungen

Das bringst Du mit:

  • Berufserfahrung in der Personaldienstleistung, idealerweise in der Arbeitnehmerüberlassung
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Tarifrecht sowie zu Entgeltgruppen, Equal Pay und Höchstüberlassungsdauer
  • Eine sorgfältige, zuverlässige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Eigeninitiative, Hands-on-Mentalität und Freude an einem abwechslungsreichen Arbeitsalltag
