Übernahme der Führung und Koordination von Abläufen rund um Turnaround, Ankunft und Abflug von Flugzeugen

Das sind Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Verantwortung für die operative Steuerung aller Abläufe auf dem Vorfeld sowie Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Flugzeugabfertigungsprozesses
  • Koordination und Überwachung von Flugzeugabfertigungen (Ankunft, Abflug und Turnaround)
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Sicherheits-, Qualitäts- und Zeitvorgaben
    Führung, Einsatzplanung und Motivation des Ramp-Personals
  • Schnittstellenfunktion zu internen Abteilungen (z. B. Bodenverkehrsdienste, Disposition) sowie externen Partnern (Airlines, Behörden)
  • Überwachung und Optimierung von Arbeitsprozessen sowie Ressourceneinsatz
  • Bearbeitung von Unregelmäßigkeiten und Einleitung geeigneter Sofortmaßnahmen bei Betriebsstörungen
  • Kontrolle der Einhaltung aller relevanten Vorschriften (z. B. Luftsicherheit, Arbeitsschutz)
  • Erstellung von Reports sowie Dokumentation operativer Kennzahlen

Das bringen Sie mit:

  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Flughafenbetrieb, idealerweise in einer Führungsfunktion
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse der Abläufe in der Flugzeugabfertigung (Ramp Services)
  • Ausgeprägte Führungs-, Kommunikations- und Organisationsfähigkeiten
  • Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein sowie ausgeprägtes Sicherheits- und Qualitätsdenken
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit, einschließlich Wochenenden und Feiertagen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen IT-Systemen und digitalen Arbeitsmitteln
  • Gültige Zuverlässigkeitsüberprüfung (ZVÜ) zwingend erforderlich
