Als Sachbearbeiter Logistik (m/w/d), Mitarbeiter Versandabwicklung (m/w/d), Mitarbeiter Logistikadministration (m/w/d) in Estenfeld

Das sind Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Dateneingabe und Bearbeitung von Versand- und Auftragsdokumenten
  • Koordination von Terminen mit der Produktion und internen Abteilungen
  • Bearbeitung von Proforma-Rechnungen und Rücksendungen
  • Überwachung von Sendungen, Aufträgen und Lieferterminen
  • Prüfung der erforderlichen Versand- und Empfangsdokumente
  • Kommunikation mit internen Abteilungen und externen Speditionen
  • Organisation und Abwicklung internationaler Ein- und Ausgangssendungen
  • Überwachung logistischer Kennzahlen
  • Unterstützung bei weiteren operativen Logistikaufgaben

Ihre Qualifikation:

  • Grundlegende PC-Kenntnisse
  • Deutsch- oder Englischkenntnisse
  • Erste Erfahrung in der Logistik, im Versand oder in der Sachbearbeitung von Vorteil
