Key tasks:
- Daily coordination of 20–50 warehouse staff
- Planning of shifts, work assignments & resource availability
- Control of workflows using the Amazon system
- Training new staff, holding team meetings & tracking KPIs
Your profile:
- Logistics or commercial background with team leadership experience
- Strong IT skills (SAP, Excel) and solid understanding of warehouse operations
- Strong communication & problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work shifts and participate in a 2–3 week training in Pilsen (CZ)
- Fluent in English (German is a plus, but not required)
