Das sind Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Zentrale Ansprechperson für interne und externe Anliegen am Standort sowie Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Stationsablaufs
  • Treffen operativer Entscheidungen sowie Übernahme des Notfall- und Krisenmanagements
  • Führung und Koordination der Bereiche Vorfeld, Passagierdienste und operativer Betriebssteuerung
  • Erkennen kritischer Situationen sowie Einleitung geeigneter Maßnahmen und Sicherstellung einer durchgängigen Kommunikation
  • Steuerung der operativen Abläufe unter Einhaltung aller relevanten Sicherheits-, Qualitäts- und Unternehmensvorgaben
  • Verantwortung für die Sicherstellung pünktlicher Abflüge sowie die Einhaltung definierter KPIs
  • Erstellung von regelmäßigen Reports sowie Analyse operativer Kennzahlen zur Prozessoptimierung
  • Vertretung des Unternehmens in Meetings sowie Pflege und Ausbau der Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden und Partnern

Das bringen Sie mit:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium oder kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise mit Berufserfahrung im Bereich Luftfahrt oder Flughafenbetrieb
  • Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position innerhalb der Branche
  • Gute betriebswirtschaftliche Kenntnisse sowie Erfahrung im Bereich Mitarbeiterführung und -entwicklung
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke, Teamfähigkeit und Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office sowie digitalen Arbeitsmitteln
  • Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit sowie Besitz eines Führerscheins der Klasse B
  • Gültige Zuverlässigkeitsüberprüfung (ZÜP) gemäß § 7 Luftsicherheitsgesetz erforderlich
