Deine Aufgaben:

  • Eigenständige Betreuung eines definierten Kundenstamms in enger Abstimmung mit dem jeweiligen Standort
  • Disposition und Koordination von Mitarbeitereinsätzen im gewerblichen Bereich
  • Rekrutierung und Auswahl passender Kandidaten unter Berücksichtigung der Kundenanforderungen
  • Organisation und Begleitung von Onboarding-Prozessen
  • Führen von Personalgesprächen sowie Unterstützung bei der Einsatzplanung und -steuerung
  • Aktives Beziehungsmanagement mit Kunden, Mitarbeitenden und externen Dienstleistern

  • Du hast idealerweise erste Berufserfahrung – ganz gleich ob im Recruiting, Vertrieb, der Personaldienstleistung, Gastronomie, Hotellerie, Einzelhandel oder einer anderen dienstleistungsorientierten Branche.
